Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To return, please print out the form at the link below and include it in your package. Return to our "ship from" address.

If you'd like to exchange, we will need you to return the item you'd like to exchange first. Once we have sent your store credit via email, you can repurchase the new item.

Do you cover shipping costs?

We do not cover return shipping costs and we do not refund shipping costs.

I received a defective item!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can email us at info@sororityandsisterhood.com or chat with us in the bottom right corner of the website.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
