Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To return, please print out the form at the link below and include it in your package.

If you'd like to exchange, we will need you to return the item you'd like to exchange first. Once we have sent your store credit via email, you can repurchase the new item.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in the form of store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please email us at info@sororityandsisterhood.com so we can ensure we have that size in-stock.

Holiday Policy

For the holiday season, we're offering returns for exchange or store credit until January 15th, 2026.

Do you cover shipping costs?

We do not cover return shipping costs and we do not refund shipping costs.

Shipping Info

All preorders' estimated shipping dates are stated on the product itself.  Shipping varies with holidays and busy seasons. We ship all orders within 2 business days. After it ships, USPS or UPS will keep you updated on timeline via email and your tracking information.

We ship to all states within the US from Lafayette, Louisiana.
