- Place your preorder now to secure your package.
- Once Bid Day arrives and she receives her bid, simply let us know her sorority. If we do not hear from you, someone will be in contact with you to help expedite the process.
- We'll deliver her order to her or ship to the address specified.
Preorders ensure your daughter receives her gift as quickly as possible after Bid Day, when demand is highest!
Will you be joining the celebration on campus? Select "local delivery" for hand-delivery on or near campus, or choose shipping for delivery anywhere nationwide. Delivery is for LSU only. All orders that are not for LSU will be billed for shipping.
Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or refunds. Delivery fee is included in the basket price.

We are not accepting returns for bid day baskets. If you need to exchange, we would be happy to assist.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
