HOW IT WORKS:
Place your order to secure your package. We only need her size if pajamas are included. Once Bid Day arrives, just email us her sorority at info@sororityandsisterhood.com. If we don't hear from you, we'll reach out to expedite. We'll ship to your address or hand-deliver to her new house on campus (hand-delivery available for UARK and LSU only).

Add on a pair of our signature bamboo pajamas and she'll be celebrating in comfort all semester long.

Sizing
Our pajamas are made to fit true to size with a relaxed, easy feel. Prefer a little extra room? Size up. Want a more fitted look? Size down. Either way, they run loose and are extra cozy.

- M/L - best for sizes 6-8
- L/XL - best for sizes 10-14
DELIVERY OPTIONS
- University of Arkansas: Local delivery the morning of bid day
- LSU: Local delivery the morning of bid day
- All other chapters: Shipped to your door or local pickup
How it works:
- Place your order to secure your package. We only need the size if you're adding pajamas at the time of order.
- Once Bid Day arrives and she receives her bid, simply let us know her sorority. If we do not hear from you, someone will be in contact with you to help expedite the process. You can email us directly at info@sororityandsisterhood.com.
- We'll ship to the address specified or deliver on campus to her new house (hand delivery for UARK and LSU only)
Preorders ensure your daughter receives her gift as quickly as possible after Bid Day, when demand is highest!
If an item becomes unavailable, we will substitute it with another item of equal. value.

Keep your scarflette looking runway-ready:
Spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash gently in cold water. To smooth out wrinkles, grab your steamer or iron on low - no magic spells required. Store flat or loosely rolled to keep that silk looking luxe.
PAJAMAS
The easiest relationship you'll ever have:
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. That's it. No bleach, no drama, no shrinking, no fading. Our bamboo cotton was made for real life - not high-maintenance laundry rituals.
ACRYLIC TRAYS
A little TLC goes a long way: Wipe clean with your favorite household cleaner, but pop those paper inserts out first - they're not fans of getting wet. Treat them right, and they'll hold your jewelry (and your secrets) for years to come.

Shipping:
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. We usually ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Louisiana.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in the form of store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
